My stay at Hapimag in Interlaken was quite memorable, especially due to its exceptional location and stunning views. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but I found the service lacking at times, particularly with the restaurant staff. The facilities were good overall, though I felt some aspects like check-in could be improved. Definitely recommend opting for front-view rooms for the breathtaking panorama, even if the pricing seems a bit steep for what you get.

Hapimag Resort offers a spacious and comfortable stay with beautiful views and excellent facilities. However, the decor could be improved to match a four-star ambiance, and our room wasn't quite ready upon arrival, which caused a delay in settling in.

Our stay at the resort was an overall pleasant experience. The location was unbeatable, sitting right in the middle of the action, making trips to local shops and restaurants incredibly easy. The spacious apartment was a valid treat for our family, offering both comfort and excellent facilities. However, we did encounter a rude experience with one of the staff members that left a sour note. Additionally, while the swimming pool was nice, it could benefit from a few more amenities to elevate the experience.
